Job Title: Social Housing Electrician

Our client, a leading nationwide contractor, is seeking a number of electrical testers to join their team for their social housing reactive maintenance contracts.

About the Role:

This is a temporary position covering domestic properties across West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical testing and maintenance work, including rising mains, lateral mains, emergency lighting, containment, and 3-phase boards.

Requirements:
  • 18th edition certification
  • 2391 certification
  • NVQ L3 in electrical installation
  • Experience in social housing maintenance
  • UK driving license

Materials will be supplied, and the successful candidate will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rising mains testing and maintenance
  • Lateral mains testing and maintenance
  • Emergency lighting testing and maintenance
  • Containment testing and maintenance
  • 3-phase board testing and maintenance
  • New sub mains installation
