We are seeking a skilled Multi-Skill Trades Groundsworker to join our team at Platform Property Care, a well-established property maintenance business within Platform Housing Group.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our customers' homes in Herefordshire, utilizing your skills in laying slabbing and brickwork, installing and repairing fencing, and potentially drainage.

• Deliver high-quality maintenance and refurbishment services to our customers
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement
• Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies and plans

• Experience in Social Housing maintenance and a strong understanding of providing service and delivering responsive repairs
• Multi Trades skills, including maintenance refurbishment experience and good all-round external groundswork and building skills
• Team skills, with the ability to work independently at times
• A full UK driving licence and a Basic DBS check
