Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Painter/Car Body Technician to join our team in the Newton Aycliffe workshop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and painting Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment at our customer sites.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and paint Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Work with a range of equipment, from small pallet trucks to IC trucks and automated trucks
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality results
- Meet deadlines and maintain a safe working environment
- Experience in painting and preparing vehicles
- NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification (desirable)
- IT literacy and ability to use latest technology
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Positive and can-do attitude
