Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Game Mathematician to join our team at Branch Tech. As a Game Mathematician, you will play a crucial role in developing mathematical models and game mechanics that will drive player engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mathematical models and game mechanics that meet our target parameters and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in game mathematics and mechanics, and incorporate this knowledge into our game development process.
- Collaborate with our game development team to ensure that our games are mathematically and mechanically sound, and meet our quality standards.
- Work closely with our certification and release managers to ensure that our games meet regulatory requirements and are released on time.
- Contribute to the development of new game ideas and mechanics, and suggest improvements to our existing games.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a game mathematician with a proven track record.
- Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid visa to work in the EU.
- Deep understanding of the iGaming market and what makes games perform, especially from a math and mechanic perspective.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, and good communication skills.
- Degree in a technical subject, such as mathematics/statistics, engineering, or computer science.
- Interest and experience in mathematics, statistics, probability, and quantitative analysis.
