Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our Curriculum Services team. The successful candidate will work across three campuses, supporting students in various learning environments and academic areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with complex needs, including those with disabilities and special educational needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Provide personal care, feeding, and medication support as required.
  • Participate in activities such as swimming and outdoor trips.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Learning Support Practitioner Qualification or equivalent.
  • Level 3 qualification in a relevant area, such as BSL, SpLD, or ASD.
  • GCSE English and maths at level C/5 or above.
  • Experience working with students with complex needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
