We are collaborating with a reputable manufacturing organization situated in Norfolk, seeking to appoint a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to their expanding team. This company is known for its commitment to excellence and its proactive approach to environmental safety, aiming to enhance its market presence.

In this role, you will oversee the Maintenance department, ensuring both reactive and proactive multi-skilled maintenance services are delivered on all operational machinery and facility infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing a best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Create and manage a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensuring comprehensive preventative maintenance is performed.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Maintenance team to achieve set objectives.
  • Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts, along with all Capital Expenditure proposals, ensuring adherence to legal standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Background in Chemicals, Renewables, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, or Manufacturing.
  • Experience in various technical disciplines and demonstrated people management/project leadership capabilities.
  • Strong Mechanical expertise.
