Senior Audit Manager (Not-for-Profit) Opportunity
Hays PLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Audit Manager to join their established audit team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and ambitious individual to take their career to the next level, working alongside and reporting to some of the industry's highly renowned Audit Partners.
Your New Role
As a Senior Audit Manager in the not-for-profit team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a large portfolio of not-for-profit clients, with opportunities for expansion.
- Contributing to the strategic planning of your team and the wider audit business.
- Pitching for work and participating in business development and networking opportunities.
- Leading the planning and decision-making of engagements within your portfolio.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, as well as identifying opportunities to add value with other services areas.
- Improving audit efficiencies and internal processes.
- Coaching and training team members to ensure their development and growth.
- Working closely with Audit Directors and Partners to receive continuous support and be part of the team's succession plans.

- Leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal skills to develop internal and external relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to complete reviews and adhere to financial regulations and standards.
- A commitment to providing professional excellence to build strong client relationships.
- ACA/ACCA qualification.
- A willingness to learn and expand your skills as an audit professional, with opportunities for development and growth.
