Job Title: Engineering Manager – Configuration Management

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement configuration management plans to ensure the successful delivery of software products.
- Design and maintain processes for configuration management and release activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the configuration management team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify configuration management and reporting requirements, ensuring these are captured in plans and processes.
- Interface with the platform configuration management team to ensure accurate maintenance of platform configurations.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in a technology, engineering, or science-related discipline.
- Registered as CEng or demonstrate eligibility and commitment to register within 12 months.
- Member of a Professional Engineering Institute recognised by the Engineering Council.
- CM2 certified.
- Experience in configuration and release management in a regulated industry.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Configuration Management Team, where you'll play a key role in shaping the direction of the team. You'll be involved in defining, establishing, approving, and maintaining configuration and release management processes for software products and supporting artefacts.
