Marks Sattin (UK) Ltd is seeking a seasoned Credit Controller to oversee the Middle East and Asia ledgers, ensuring timely debt repayment. This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in managing multi-million pound ledgers and experience in the full order-to-cash process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring debts are paid to terms
- Meeting cash and debtor day targets set by the company
- Chasing overdue invoices within agreed timescales
- Handling disputed invoices and negotiating payment within terms
- Identifying client issues impacting prompt payment
- Understanding client billing and payment process cycles and proposing resolutions
- Responding promptly to client and internal enquiries
- Undertaking account reconciliations as required
- Supporting company policies, procedures, and corporate governance
- Supporting cash postings and reconciliations
The successful candidate will have a strong background in credit control, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £31,000 and a hybrid working arrangement, with two days of remote work per week.
