We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at Rugby Hub, working 12 hour shifts on a 4on 4off rota. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for deterring, detecting, and investigating loss within designated Hub locations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing site access controls, including visitors and contractors
  • Safeguarding parcel performance, including high value goods
  • Patrolling and identifying potential risks
  • Conducting security checks on the outbound gatehouse
  • Recording all activity accurately on the correct documents, in line with company procedures
  • Complying with and reporting on all Health and Safety issues in accordance with company guidelines
  • Collaborating with the Hub Loss Prevention team to reduce damage and mismanagement of parcels
  • Instilling a culture of handling parcels with care
