About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a strip out project in York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strip out and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the strip out project, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Supervise a team of professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including SMSTS and First Aid certifications.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project schedules and budgets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 months of experience in strip out and commercial projects.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Black CSCS card.
  • Other relevant certifications or tickets are an asset.
