We're seeking an experienced Online Fulfilment Manager to join our team in Northallerton. As a key member of our Support Centre, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of online shopping orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to drive cross-functional working and collaboration.

• Develop and implement plans to improve productivity, reduce costs, and drive business growth.

• Ensure the Northallerton Fulfilment Centre is fully compliant with trading standards and H&S legislation.

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a brilliant customer experience and achieve budget KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial or team leader role, preferably in retail or a similar industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
