We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Anchor, a leading provider of care and housing for older people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of our locations, adhering to health and safety procedures and using cleaning products effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards residents and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of our residents' needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning procedures, including the use of equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and empathy skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures, including COSHH and data protection.
