We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Resourcer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards and our database, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future recruitment needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance, support, and information about available job opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with our consultants and clients.
- Ensure candidates receive a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and maintaining candidate records.
- Help in the preparation of job advertisements and candidate profiles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth execution of recruitment processes.
- Actively participate in the apprenticeship program, completing required coursework and on-the-job training.
- Seek feedback and proactively work to improve your skills and knowledge in education recruitment.
- A strong desire to start a career in recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
