Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on fulfilling the needs of Atlas FM's clients and surpassing their expectations.
  • Participate in training to understand cleaning protocols and equipment usage.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during various shifts.
  • Manage site-specific equipment and cleaning supplies with proper training.
  • Ensure the availability of consumables and adhere to waste management practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness to the highest standards while following Health and Safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve outstanding results.
Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • A positive mindset, with or without previous cleaning experience, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the position.
  • Basic proficiency in spoken English for safety and effective communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deliver service with a welcoming attitude.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK, applicable to both UK and Non-UK Nationals. Please bring necessary documentation to the interview.
  • Successful completion of a background check (DBS/enhanced DBS check) is required due to the nature of the work environment.
