We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Worker to join our team at Randstad Care, working in partnership with Reading Council for Children's Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality social work services to children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert social work services to children and families, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including education, health, and voluntary sector agencies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, young people, and their families.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in social work.
- Participate in regular supervision and training to ensure ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work or equivalent.
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Proven experience working in children's services, with a strong understanding of child development and family dynamics.
