Job Title: Culture and Engagement Manager

Job Type: Fixed-term contract/secondment covering maternity leave until April 2025

We are seeking an exceptional individual to cover a fixed-term contract/secondment for our Culture and Colleague Engagement Manager's post. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and embedding an inclusive customer and colleague-focused culture, aligned to our values.

The key responsibilities will involve:

  • Developing and implementing culture change projects to improve colleague engagement
  • Supporting senior leaders in the design and implementation of MTVH's culture development, colleague engagement, wellbeing, and colleague recognition initiatives
  • Traveling to MTVH's various offices frequently

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing culture change projects and demonstrating improvement in colleague engagement
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide solutions
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Effective project management skills with the ability to set and work to deadlines
