  • Trend Analysis: Identify trends in technical issues and notify relevant teams to prevent future occurrences.
  • Incident Management: Escalate major incidents to 2nd line technicians and provide effective communication to stakeholders.
  • Customer Communication: Handle urgent and sensitive tickets with tact and professionalism.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administration of email filtering solutions and other technical systems.
Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365.
  • Networking Fundamentals: Understand networking protocols, specifically TCP/IP.
  • Operating System Expertise: Have a strong understanding of troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 7 and 10.
  • File System Management: Possess good knowledge of file system permissions and Active Directory.
  • Print and Scan Support: Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and multifunction devices.
  • Endpoint Management: Have an enhanced understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows Defender, and Microsoft Intune.
