**About the Role**
Anson McCade is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Researcher/Trader to join our team. As a key member of our research-driven prop firm, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and managing your own strategies in Equities and Futures markets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of large datasets to identify profitable trading opportunities.
- Develop and backtest trading strategies using advanced mathematical models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with our development team to implement and optimize trading strategies.
- Monitor and analyze live trading performance to identify areas for improvement.
**Requirements**
- Master's or PhD in a numerate field of study, such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Excellent coding ability in at least one language, with experience in Python, C++, or Java.
- 5+ years of experience in Quantitative Research for High Frequency Trading/intraday strategies.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
