SAP S/4HANA SME

Moston is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA SME to join our team in the nuclear sector. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the transition from the current Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to SAP S/4HANA.

• Project Scoping: Define and shape the scope of transitioning the existing CMMS to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the client's internal teams, SAP implementation partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business units to understand detailed functional and technical requirements for the CMMS transition and integration into SAP S/4HANA.
• Analysis and Configuration: Analyze current maintenance processes and workflows, mapping them to SAP S/4HANA solutions while identifying opportunities for improvement. Provide guidance on the configuration of the SAP S/4HANA solution to ensure it meets the client's operational, compliance, and maintenance management requirements.
• Testing and Validation: Oversee system testing, data migration, and validation phases to ensure a seamless transition from the legacy CMMS system to SAP S/4HANA.
• Training and Support: Collaborate with the SAP team to facilitate end-user training and provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the CMMS transition to SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the high-compliance nuclear environment.

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA with a focus on CMMS or Asset Management modules.
• Proven track record of leading or significantly contributing to CMMS transitions into SAP S/4HANA in highly regulated environments, preferably within the nuclear, energy, or similarly complex industries.
• Ability to define and shape project scope and interface between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration strategies for CMMS to SAP S/4HANA transitions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into SAP deliverables.
• Experience in the nuclear, energy, or other highly regulated sectors is highly desirable.
