As a key member of the team, you will oversee a group of insolvency professionals, attending initial meetings with companies in distress to discuss solutions and outcomes. Your expertise will be crucial in managing a large caseload of corporate insolvency cases, ensuring efficient progression and monitoring job WIP and costs to budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of insolvency professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful case outcomes.
  • Attend initial meetings with companies in distress, discussing solutions and outcomes with directors.
  • Manage a large caseload of corporate insolvency cases, ensuring efficient progression and monitoring job WIP and costs to budget.
  • Provide training to team members, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Take an active role in networking and business development activities, contributing to the firm's growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of corporate insolvency experience.
  • JIEB qualification advantageous but not required.
  • Track record of winning insolvency work and experience of managing less experienced team members.
