Screening Executive Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Screening Executive to join our team at Reed. As a Screening Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful pre-screening of candidates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete and review industry-specific checks, including credit checks, qualification verifications, and identity checks.
  • Ensure documentation is present and correct to pass all quality checks.
  • Respond to queries from Hiring Managers and Candidates about the pre-employment vetting process.
  • Contact Candidates via phone and email to investigate information highlighted throughout the pre-employment vetting process.
  • Deal with customer complaints/questions/issues on the phone and via email.
  • Provide solutions to any queries that arise.
  • Escalate queries where necessary.
