Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Solicitor to join our client's in-house legal team on a permanent basis. As a Construction Solicitor, you will be responsible for a varied caseload of non-contentious construction law matters from a range of projects.

About the Role:

  • Review and negotiate a wide range of contractual documentation with clients, sub-contractors, consultants relating to Construction Law, including collateral warranties, framework agreements, joint venture agreements, NEC, and FIDIC.
  • Provide legal advice across the business relating to construction matters.
  • Work with external solicitors.
  • Assist with training and knowledge sharing within the business.

Requirements:
