IT Project Manager - Synchro

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Synchro, a leading IT Managed Services Provider in Kent, UK.

About the Role:

As an IT Project Manager at Synchro, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all project deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Utilize expertise in Microsoft estate to guide project teams
  • Engage in risk management and identify potential issues early
  • Support networking-related tasks and provide valuable input

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing IT infrastructure projects
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft estate, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365
  • Networking knowledge, particularly with LAN/WAN configurations, switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
