Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Account Manager / Deliverer to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, client ownership, and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for various roles in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, H&S, Financial, and Engineering
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various sectors, including Infrastructure & Construction, Manufacturing, Environmental & Recycling, Business Services, Engineering, and Logistics
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and other resources to find top talent
  • Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
