Clinical Nurse Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Critical Care Unit at Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital, Magate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and education to our staff.
Main Duties- Act as a role model and leader for our nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement education programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our nursing staff.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of our unit's policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with our trust's values and standards.
We are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, serving a local population of around 800,000 people. Our vision is 'great healthcare from great people'. We have a busy, mixed-level unit admitting emergency and elective patients from various specialties. Our Critical Care Unit is fully committed to audit and research, providing a dynamic environment conducive to gaining additional knowledge and skills.
We are looking for a compassionate and innovative Nurse Educator who can demonstrate a proactive and adaptive approach to leadership and management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Band 6 in critical care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
