QC Chemistry Analyst - Pharmaceutical - Permanent - North West

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled QC Chemistry Analyst to join our team at Adepto Technical Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for designing and executing HPLC/UPLC/UV/GC analytical method validation and verification protocols. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the quality of components, raw materials, products, and production processes by sampling, inspection, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and execute HPLC/UPLC/UV/GC analytical method validation and verification protocols.
  2. Support the department in monitoring the quality of components, raw materials, products, and production processes.
  3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of current GMP, Health and Safety, and COSHH regulations.
  4. Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Contribute to the development of validation reports and other documentation as required.

Requirements

  1. A relevant science degree or equivalent qualification.
  2. A sound understanding of current GMP, Health and Safety, and COSHH regulations.
  3. Experience in designing validation and/or verification protocols, running method validation and/or verification studies, and the ability to write validation reports with minimal supervision.
  4. The ability to take on a limited supervisory role would be an advantage.
  5. Relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or equivalent laboratory environment and proven industry experience performing analytical validation.
