About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at itecopeople. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering digital and business projects, focusing on content management systems (CMS), websites, apps, and APIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver digital and business projects, focusing on content management systems (CMS), websites, apps, and APIs.
  • Mitigate risks and overcome challenges associated with project delivery.
  • Oversee both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage budgets (up to £1m) and supplier relationships, including procurement and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure project team management and communication of project progress to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project delivery (ideally for digital systems, business change, and IT projects, but with the ability to adapt and project manage various project types across other business sectors).
  • Demonstrated expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, and the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
  • Strong change management and process implementation skills.
  • Project management qualifications such as Agile, Prince2, or MSP are desirable and any experience working on digital programmes, such as websites, apps, APIs, and search systems in e-commerce, retail, online platforms, or CMS would be advantageous.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience) plus bonus and benefits.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days a week in the office.
