Job Title: YouTube Channel Manager

About the Role:

Forward Role Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled YouTube Channel Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the YouTube presence of a leading British retailer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: Develop and implement a content strategy to drive engagement and growth on the YouTube channel.
  • Channel Growth: Collaborate with top talent and creative partners to create fresh and engaging content that resonates with Urban Youth audiences.
  • Production and Scheduling: Manage content schedules and production from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • SEO and Metadata: Handle uploads, metadata, and SEO optimization to maximize channel visibility and reach.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends and Urban Youth content, ensuring the channel remains relevant and engaging.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in content management and YouTube strategy.
  • Knowledge: Strong grasp of YouTube trends and Urban Youth content, including project management and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with YouTube's backend and SEO optimization.
