About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Assistant. As a key member of our Visitor Operations and Experiences department, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional welcome and service experience to our visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all visitors, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience at Belton.
- Answer queries and provide information to visitors, ensuring they can find or access everything they need for their visit.
- Support the delivery of events and activities throughout the year, working closely with the Visitor Welcome Team.
- Grow member support and promote events, offers, products, and benefits of actively supporting the National Trust.
- Deliver high standards of presentation at the property, ensuring all communications with visitors are clear and consistent.
