Supply Chain Management Internship

Join our team at Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, and take on the exciting challenge of managing daily tasks within our Supply Chain department. This 13-month placement provides valuable work experience in Transport management, with a global connection to over 800 suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update Transport Service Provider performance reports (monthly inbound).
  • Manage material delivery queries and tracking.
  • Administer emergency delivery and tracking to ensure on-time parts delivery.
  • Report transport-related haulier claims, including transport damages and missing parts.
  • Analyze, monitor, and improve processes.
  • Administer the Inbound Transport (DLSS) system.
  • Support network strategy implementation to ensure transport providers are prepared for new and challenging supply chains.
  • Manage projects.
Requirements:
  • Studying towards a Business-oriented degree, with a 2:2 or above.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and Big Data/Analytics, with the ability to create databases highly desirable.
  • Strong time management and priority setting skills.
