Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Synergy Roofing. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing labour, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements, and overseeing the general day-to-day running of the site.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the activities of our roofing and cladding team
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations
- Develop and implement effective site management plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Liaise with clients, main contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor and control site resources, including labour, plant, and materials
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards on site
- Collaborate with our design team to ensure all projects meet the required specifications and standards
- CSCS card
- IPAF Cert
- SMSTS
- Proven experience in industrial roofing and cladding
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
