About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead VFX Artist to join our team at Rebellion, a renowned game development studio. As a key member of our VFX team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual effects for our upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement VFX pipelines and tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with artists, designers, and programmers to create cohesive and engaging visual effects.
  • Lead and mentor junior VFX artists to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and implement new techniques and tools to improve our VFX capabilities.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality VFX assets.
Requirements
  • Expert-level knowledge of 3D graphics and visual effects software, including Maya, 3ds Max, and Houdini.
  • Strong understanding of VFX shaders, materials, and lighting techniques.
  • Experience with VFX pipeline development and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
