GCB Recruitment is seeking a skilled Bridging Administrator to join our team in the Guildford area. As a Bridging Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing applications from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Application Management: Proactively manage a case pipeline to ensure quick completion of applications, working closely with brokers and clients to gather necessary documents and information.
- Documentation Preparation: Prepare Heads of Terms (HOTs), Agreements in Principle (AIPs), and other documentation to support lending decisions.
- Communication and Customer Service: Handle broker queries, keep them updated on application progress, and provide excellent service to encourage repeat business.
- Data Management: Accurately input and track data, including calls, correspondence, and visits, in the company's CRM system.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Participate in internal meetings, contribute ideas, and assist the divisional director with tasks such as answering calls, handling mail, emails, and scheduling meetings.
- CeMAP Qualified: Hold a CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in Bridging Loans: At least 1 year's experience in Bridging loans, with a good understanding of lending, mortgages, or secured loan processes.
- Case Management Skills: Preferred experience in managing caseloads and quickly processing applications.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to changing tasks.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and handle high-volume workloads.
- Technical Skills: Competent PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent written and spoken English.
