Job Summary:

Hunter Selection is seeking an experienced Extrusion Setter to join our client's team in a leading global packaging manufacturer. As an Extrusion Setter, you will be responsible for setting, operating, and monitoring one of the company's main extruder machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting and operating the extruder machine to produce high-quality products
  • Conducting quality checks on the machines and materials to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Optimizing machine efficiency to maximize output and minimize downtime
  • Performing basic maintenance checks, including roller and die cleaning
  • Quality sampling of finished sheet roll to ensure gauge, clarity, and slip reports meet specifications

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Machine Minder, Plant Operator, or Extrusion Setter/Machinist
  • Valid driving license and vehicle
