This is an excellent opportunity for a Team Leader/Deputy Manager to take the next step in their career. The organisation has a great reputation for providing quality care and has fantastic growth opportunities.

Service Manager Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams across outreach services, observing and feeding back on practice to improve quality.
  • Undertake regular supervision meetings with staff and facilitate team meetings.
  • Ensure support plans are current and staff are aware of reviews and implementations.
  • Manage performance issues, engaging informal/formal processes as necessary.
  • Manage staffing resources, including rota management and staff budgets.
  • Undertake other reasonable duties as requested.
Service Manager Requirements:
  • Experience supporting vulnerable individuals.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Social Care Management or equivalent.
  • Experience supervising and motivating staff.
  • Clear written and verbal communication style.
  • IT literate and confident in using different systems/packages.
  • Willing to undertake required training, sometimes off-site and outside normal working hours.
  • Willing and able to travel between locations as required.
  • Able to undertake on-call duties on a rota basis.
  • A driver to enable travel between services.
