Your Role
As part of our dynamic Customer Division, you will deliver effective administrative and coordination support throughout the entire order fulfillment process.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring an exceptional customer experience by exceeding expectations through effective communication.
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide timely updates on orders experiencing delays.
- Maintaining and updating the Salesforce CRM system and live trackers, ensuring all teams submit relevant updates punctually.
- Generating daily and weekly reports for internal use and external partners.
- Addressing customer inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
We seek candidates with prior experience in administrative support within a customer-focused environment and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Skills in data analysis, verification, and data integrity checks.
- A background as a Project Coordinator or Administrator.
