- Oversee plot sale documentation from initiation to completion
- Facilitate contract negotiations and manage financial responsibilities
- Conduct registration processes and engage with clients during meetings
Key Duties:
- Provide exceptional service to clients
- Fulfill client requirements and participate in team discussions
- Engage in the training and development of junior staff
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Conveyancing or Plot Sales is advantageous
- Capability to independently manage a caseload
- Competent in technology and guiding other team members
