Our coaches play a vital role in our community. We are looking for approachable, professional, and enthusiastic Pilates coaches who appreciate the individuality of each participant. To excel in this role, you should possess: A friendly and professional demeanor A minimum of a Level 3 Diploma Mat Instructor or an equivalent qualification in reformer, floor, mat, or other Pilates classes. A commitment to ongoing education and mentorship to remain informed about the latest research and trends. Our standards dictate that classes must be safe, well-attended, and delivered with professionalism, ensuring that all participants leave your session with a remarkable experience.
