As a Supply Chain Operations Leader, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our supply chain efficiency and effectiveness at Hyundai. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of strategic and operational tasks aimed at optimizing our inventory management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and execute supply and inventory strategies to enhance stock movement and minimize excess inventory.
- Work closely with Sales and Product teams to synchronize production with market needs and implement effective strategies for managing aged stock.
- Collaborate with the Product team to oversee vehicle inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels in accordance with demand and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate promptly with dealers regarding order compositions, backorders, and production limitations.
- Evaluate sales campaign strategies to achieve wholesale objectives and propose enhancements.
- Assist the Product team during vehicle phase-out and new vehicle introductions.
- Ensure that the supply requirements of all internal stakeholders are fulfilled.
- Generate insightful reports and analytics related to supply chain metrics.
- Manage CO2 reporting at both dealer and national levels.
- Lead the supply team in addressing dealer inquiries within established service level agreements.
- Streamline product setup processes within distribution systems.
- Possess strong analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities with a proactive approach.
- Demonstrate high numerical proficiency and advanced skills in Excel.
- Have a solid understanding of marketing principles.
- Exhibit budget management and cost control skills.
