As a Room Manager at N Family Club, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for setting the tone for our expert Educators within one of our nursery Family Rooms. Your leadership skills and passion for coaching and mentoring will inspire your team to achieve their potential, while helping every child reach theirs.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £27,500 - £31,500, with a performance-related bonus of up to £1,200 per year
  • A choice of a 4-day 36 hour week or the classic 5 day 40 hour week, to suit your needs
  • Up to 32 days of holiday per year, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year, and a 'Me' day off of your choice
  • Complimentary daily lunch and drinks, and a £100 clothing allowance
