Legionella Administrator Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legionella Administrator to join our team at Future Select Recruitment. As a key member of our Water Treatment/Hygiene industry team, you will be responsible for organizing legionella/water hygiene/water treatment projects for Commercial, Industrial, and Educational sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Organize and schedule engineers for projects, ensuring adequate accommodation is arranged where required
* Proofread reports prior to sending to clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Log jobs and information accurately onto internal systems
* Create schematic drawings for staff, utilizing excellent IT skills
* Raise purchase orders and invoices, working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day running

**Requirements:**

* Experience and knowledge of the Legionella/Water Hygiene industry
* Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to work well independently, with excellent IT skills
* Excellent people skills, able to communicate effectively via phone, email, and face-to-face
