Key Duties:

Individualized Teaching:
Design and execute personalized learning strategies to meet the specific needs of each student.

Behavioral Support:
Manage and assist students exhibiting challenging behaviors effectively.

Collaborative Efforts:
Partner with teaching assistants, parents, and other educational experts to ensure a comprehensive approach to student growth.

Ongoing Evaluation:
Continuously monitor student progress and modify teaching techniques as necessary.

Promote a positive and inclusive classroom setting that encourages the well-being and academic success of all students.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Preferably possess experience in a SEN educational environment.

Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to manage challenging behaviors.

Personal Attributes:
Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a commitment to the educational and personal development of students.

Certifications:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent credential.

Background Check:
A current enhanced DBS or a willingness to obtain one.
