Job Title: Conveyancer

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales and purchase, re-mortgage, transfer of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
  • Process cases in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work.
  • Generate a fee income in line with agreed targets.
  • Manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision.
About the Role:

To be successful in this role, you must have a relevant qualification (e.g., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or experience managing your own caseload. You should also have recent practical experience working in the legal profession, a proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning, and be organized and process-driven.

You should be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice, and have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care. Recent experience of handling client enquiries both face-to-face and by telephone is also essential.
