We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an EYFS Teaching Assistant in a popular primary school in the Colne area.
About this role:As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and enhancing the learning experience for children in EYFS. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to the class teacher in planning, preparing and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Supporting individual and small group work, nurturing pupils and managing classroom behaviour to create a safe and positive learning environment.
- Monitoring and recording students' progress and providing feedback to the teacher.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping students achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant) desirable, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
