Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys on a wide range of properties in the domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys on properties in the domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Compiling comprehensive reports to be sent to clients.
- Ensuring all work carried out is to UKAS standards and in line with HSG:264.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Assisting with any queries and providing technical support.
Requirements:
- BOHS P402 certification with a minimum of 12 months field experience.
- Experience of working on projects in the domestic sectors.
- Full UK driving license.
- Flexibility to commute and complete out of hours/weekend work.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
