We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Oakmont Solutions Ltd. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and control project costs, including scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports, including financial statements, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of schedule rates, validations, variations, and other relevant concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
