Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Braywick Leisure Centre in Maidenhead. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the centre, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and the maintenance of high standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre, including the supervision of recreation staff and the maintenance of facilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience at the centre.
- Oversee the financial procedures of the centre, including the management of budgets and the monitoring of financial performance.
- Lead, manage and train recreation staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer service.
