We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Planner to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production process to meet the demands of our multinational customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term capacity plans to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.

• Collaborate with the production and warehouse teams to prioritize production, manage material availability, and optimize stock levels.

• Utilize SAP S4/HANA software to manage ERP systems and ensure accurate forecasting of material requirements.

• Work closely with customer planning teams to ensure up-to-date and accurate information is shared, promoting a positive and collaborative working relationship.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in production planning and coordination, with a strong understanding of supply chain management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP software.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, negotiable dependent on experience.

• Full-time, permanent position with a contributory pension scheme and life assurance benefit.

• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with flexible working hours and occasional out-of-hours work may be required.
