Corporate Tax Director Job Description

Austin Rose Associates Limited is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Director to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our public practice recruitment specialists, you will be responsible for leading our corporate tax advisory services and managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead corporate tax compliance and planning for a range of clients across various industries.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our Partner to deliver stand-alone tax advisory projects, including structuring acquisitions and disposals, transaction support, and due diligence.
  • Oversee tax accounting and ensure accurate and timely tax returns.

Requirements:

  • CTA qualified with over 9 years of corporate tax experience.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working on a varied and large portfolio of clients.
  • Experience with complex clients and managing client relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing business and creating key relationships.
  • Excellent staff management skills.
  • Experience of onboarding new clients, including leading projects and providing training.
